Tai Chi Classes

Thursday evenings 7pm - 9pm: Chan (Zen) Sitting, Walking, and Exercising

Dharma Talk and Chan Meditation Classes
Every Monday and Thursday 7pm-9pm (Kensington/Berkeley). Buddhist service, Dharma talk, explanation of the important principles to practice, and different Chan meditation activities such as sitting meditation, exercise meditation, walking meditation, bowing meditation, and/or chanting meditation. Universal Chan Tea Club
